We want you to love every Bonphool product you receive. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return Policy

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products (like honey, ghee, and pickles), we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


💰 Refund Process

  • If your order qualifies for a refund (e.g. damaged or incorrect product), you will receive the refund in your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds are processed only after our team verifies the issue through photos/videos shared by you.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
